Though we'd love to have a storefront for our customers to reach us, our owners are currently working professional engineering managers in consumer electronics. After experiencing the pain-point of poor quality string jobs with local pro shops, the long wait times (2-3+ days!!!), high prices, and generally poor customer service we had to do something! We string from home on highly precise and fully electronic stringing machines with a simple and easy drop-off and pick-up process.

We have a process to make stringing easy, simple, and seamless for you!

Drop-off & Pick-up Location

Where: Ponderosa Park Tennis Courts (815 Henderson Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94086) at the corner of Henderson & Lily Ave.

Parking: We normally park by the side of the tennis courts on the corner of Henderson and Lily, near the crosswalk

Times: Typically we are available for drop-off and pick-up:

12:30-1:15pm Saturday & Sunday

5:30-6:15pm Monday-Thursday

4:30-5:30 Friday

NOTE: We DO NOT accept drop-ins. All drop-offs/pick-ups must be scheduled in advance by contacting us and confirming an appointment within one of the windows above. The times above are also for reference only and subject to change, we will commit your date/time when your appointment is confirmed.

How Long Will It Take?

We will ALWAYS return your racket by the next day from pick-up unless explicitly discussed in advance!

How Do I Pay?

You never have to pay until you pick up your completed racket! We accept cash or any other non-fee based electronic method (ex. Venmo, Zelle, etc.). Sorry no direct credit cards accepted

How Will I Know the Status of My Service?

We will start a chat thread with you by text or messenger. We'll leave notes on your string choice, tension, and any special notes on the chat thread. We'll also be sure to message you as soon as the job is completed. This chat thread will be used to track the history of your string job details so you'll have one consolidated location for everything stringing! You can contact and reach us there at anytime
